New For Fall ~ Mini Jute Pumpkins ~ Decor, Party, Wedding Favors

Hello,
It's very hot and humid here today in the 90's but I am already thinking about Fall.
These are my newest creation for Fall.
These are mini jute twine pumpkins.
They measure approx. 2 1/2" wide by 2" high.
They are made entirely out of jute and I have added
a cinnamon stick for the stem and tied a little jute bow around each stem.

These are adorable as bowl fillers or to sit on a shelf.

They would also make great party favors, wedding favors or can be used for table settings.

I am listing these on my ebay and my etsy
for a set/3 for $4.50.
I am also taking custom orders for these.
Order 12 or more pumpkins for ONLY $1.25 each pumpkin ($15.00) dozen.
If you are interested please contact me
and I will set up a private listing for you.

Thank you for looking and have a great day!
Love,
Beverly

Repurposed Vintage Gas Can ~ Reindeer Fuel ~ Christmas

 Hello,
Here is another project I did by repurposing an old vintage gas can.
The original label was already worn off so I found these
stickers that are actually for wine bottles that say reindeer fuel.
I thought they would be perfect for this old gas can!
I added snowy evergreen branches to the wood handle
that I had wired old used christmas bulbs to.
I also added a bow made from traditional Christmas plaid ribbon.

The package came with two labels so I put one on each side.

I will be adding this one of a kind item to
Thank you for looking and have a great day!

Christmas Craft And Gift Open House 2009

Thank you for stopping by!
I am going to share with you some pictures from the
Christmas Craft and Gift Open House that I hosted in my home in December.
I know I am late getting these posted but hopefully you will enjoy looking at them.
The open house was held December 17th - 20th
and it went great until the 21" of snow we had on the 20th.

Even with all the snow I still got up and got ready because I thought for sure someone
would be brave enough to trek through the snow to come!
But since I live on a dirt road and it is one of the last roads in
the township to get plowed ... needless to say we had no customers on Saturday.
But the rest of the days were a success.
I had a total of 7 different vendors participate including myself.
We had a nice variety of items which included
hand painted glass, jewelry, soaps and lotions, wreaths,
ornaments, wooden items, home baked goods,
vintage items as well as gift items.
Here are some pictures from the open house:

Here is a link for more pictures:

This was a lot of work but so much fun!
I had refreshments set up that included
hot chocolate, cookies, brownies and candy
and each vendor donated a door prize.
I am planning another in the Spring and I can hardly wait.
Thanks for looking.
